Saturday, February 19, 2011 - 9:30 am start in Gwinn; finish approx. noon-2:30 pm in downtown Marquette. 2011 entry form and further details on this six-dog, 30-mile, competitive trophy-class race will be posted on this website by mid-fall 2010.

The JACK PINE 30 major sponsor - since the first running of the race - is BELL HOSPITAL of Ishpeming.

The fastest 8 teams in the February 2010 event received engraved plaques, and the Red Lantern Award was presented to the last-place finisher. Other teams also received recognition and participant ribbons. The awards ceremony was held outside near the Finish Line under sunny skies. "Say Ya to Da UP" T-shirts were presented to the first two finishers for residing the farthest from Marquette. Representing the race's major sponsor Bell Hospital at the awards ceremony were CEO Rick Ament and Marketing Director Dave Edwards.
